About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" concerning production incentive of the electric power from alternative energy sources

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 1, Art. 1 with subsequent changes) such changes:

1. In Article 1:

The paragraph the thirty fourth to state 1) in such edition:

"green" rate - the specific tariff on which the electrical energy made on power generation facilities, including on the queues of construction of power plants put into operation (start-up complexes) from alternative energy sources is bought (except domain and coke gases, and with use gidroenergiiproizvedenny only micro, mini-and small hydroelectric power stations)";

To add 2) after the paragraph of the thirty fourth with two new paragraphs of such content:

"microhydroelectric power station - the power plant making electrical energy due to use of hydraulic power which installed capacity does not exceed 200 KW;

the minihydroelectric power station - the power plant making electrical energy due to use of hydraulic power which installed capacity constitutes more than 200 KW, but does not exceed 1 MW".

With respect thereto the thirty fifth - the forty fifth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the thirty seventh - the forty seventh;

The paragraph of the thirty seventh to state 3) in such edition:

"the small hydroelectric power station - the power plant making electrical energy due to use of hydraulic power which installed capacity constitutes more than 1 MW, but does not exceed 10 MW";
