1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2009 No. 525 "About establishment of rate of export customs duty on potash fertilizers" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 261, 1/11082; 2011, No. 51, 1/12516) following changes:

75 euros for 1000 kilograms - to the states with which the Republic of Belarus signs the international free-trade treaties;
85 euros for 1000 kilograms - to other states.";

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
