1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2008 No. 132 "About approval of regulations in the field of industrial safety" the following amendments:
In Requirements of industrial safety to the device and operation of the elevators (TUBEL) approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) to commissioning, operation, technical diagnosing of elevators and dispatching control of operation of elevators.
These Requirements do not extend to the elevators established on vessels and other watercrafts, on platforms for investigation and drilling at the sea, airplanes and other aircraft.
In case of installation of elevators in underground conditions the Requirements of industrial safety when conducting works as underground method approved by the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2008 No. 132 are observed.".
2. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee on the state control of emergency situations and industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akhmetov of SATURDAY.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
