About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning expansion of instruments of influence on the monetary market

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 387 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, 144) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 18-22, in such edition:

"Article 387. Currency earnings from foreign economic activity

1. Subjects of foreign economic activity of payment of the taxes and fees (obligatory payments) provided by the law independently dispose then of currency earnings from the operations performed by them, except cases of introduction of the requirement of rather obligatory sale of part of receipts by the National Bank of Ukraine in foreign currency".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 29, Art. 238; 2000, No. 42, Art. 351; 2002, No. 17, Art. 117):

Article 25 part one after Item 6 to add 1) with two new Items of such content:

"7) introductions for up to six months of the requirement of rather obligatory sale of part of receipts in foreign currency;

8) changes of terms of calculations for transactions on export and commodity import".

With respect thereto to consider Item 7 Item 9;

Part the second articles 44 after Item 3 to add 2) with two new Items of such content:

"4) establishment of procedure for carrying out obligatory sale and the amount of receipts in foreign currency which are subject to obligatory sale;

5) change of terms of calculations for transactions on export and commodity import".

With respect thereto to consider item 4 Item 6.

3. "About foreign economic activity" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 29, Art. 377 with subsequent changes) to exclude article 12 of the Law of Ukraine.
