1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for education and activities of the commissions on cases of minors approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2003 No. 1599 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 142, 5/13515; 2007, No. 253, 5/26000; 2009, No. 185, 5/30213), following changes:
in Item 7 of the word "2-5 social teachers and educational psychologists of specialized agencies for the minors needing the public assistance and rehabilitation (depending on population of administrative territorial unit), and the fulfilling duties on a voluntary basis other members of the commission" shall be replaced with words "and the fulfilling duties on a voluntary basis the social teacher and the educational psychologist of the sotsialnopedagogichesky center, heads of the state bodies, organizations and other organizations performing prevention of neglect and offenses of minors or their deputies";
in Item 13 part two:
in the paragraph the second to replace the words "Claim and Control" with the word "Control";
the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"submit petitions about the placement of minors to special teaching and educational facilities or special medical and educational facilities;";
