About modification and amendments in some resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine

Due to the changes which happened in the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine and the questions which arose in court practice and according to Item "About judicial system and the status of judges" the plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine decides 6 parts two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine:

Make the following changes and additions to resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine:

1. Actually ceased to be valid in connection with loss of force of the Resolution of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine of 11.10.2010 No. 2, in which made changes

2. In the resolution of plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine of 17.05.2011 No. 7 "About some questions of practice of application of the Section XII of the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine":

2.1. In the second offer of paragraph one of Item 2 to replace the word "recovery" with the word "updatings";

2.2. In item 4:

2.2.1. The first offer of paragraph two to state in the following edition: "The petition for appeal can be returned on the bases specified in the first offer of part two of Article 93, in Article part one 97 GPK in Article part two 106 GPK";
