About modification and amendments in Regulations about procedure for creation and representation of results of audit
Based on Item d) the Art. 5, the Art. 11, 44 and parts (1) article 47 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1995, No. 56-57, of the Art. 624), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Art. 34 and 40 of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 78-81, 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova
In the Regulations about procedure for creation and representation of results of audit approved by Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova, the protocol No. 28 of August 8, 1997 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1997, No. 64-65, of the Art. 104), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. According to all regulations of the word of "independent auditing organization" and words of "auditing organization" shall be replaced with words respectively "independent auditor society" and "auditor society" in the corresponding number and case.
2. In Chapter I of the word "Article 7" to exclude".
3. In Chapter II:
Item 2 to exclude 1);
2) in Item 3 the text "on implementation of auditor activities of financial institutions, issued according to the current legislation, and the qualification certificate of the bank auditor issued by certifying commission under National Bank of Moldova" to replace with the text "for implementation of auditor activities, issued according to the current legislation, and the qualification certificate of the auditor of financial institutions issued by National Bank.";
