1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2012 No. 70 "About approval of Rules of issue of permission to release and (or) placement of issued securities of the resident organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the territory of foreign state, submission of the notification on release of depositary receipts or other securities which underlying asset are issued securities of the resident organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the report on results of their placement" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 12, 2012 at No. 7560, the following change published on July 25, 2012 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper No. 237-238):
