Some questions of provision in concession of objects of state-owned property

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the List of objects of the right of state-owned property which can be provided in concession, No. 2293 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 1999 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, to Art. 2473; 2003, No. 17, Art. 765; 2004, No. 43, Art. 2838; 2006, No. 11, Art. 728; 2007, No. 89, Art. 3262; 2009, No. 43, Art. 1441; 2011, No. 31, the Art. 1332, No. 81, the Art. 2966), change which is applied.

2. To the ministry of infrastructure, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Finance to provide in time of development of conditions of concessionary tender concerning property of the state company "The international airport "Boryspil" and the corresponding concession treaty of the obligation of the concessionary, in particular, concerning:

accomplishment of obligations of the specified company for the obtained credits, including for the credit obtained according to the Agreement (in the form of exchange of notes) between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Japan about loan granting for financing of the project of development of the State international airport "Boryspil" ratified by the Law of Ukraine of June 16, 2005 No. 2669-IV;

providing social guarantees of employees of the company.

3. To the ministry of infrastructure to give for consideration to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice of condition of concessionary tender concerning property of the state company "The international airport "Boryspil".
