According to the Law of Ukraine of May 24, 2012 No. 4839-VI "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning capture on accounting of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" and Item 11 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 384, board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for capture on accounting and removals from accounting in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of September 27, 2010 to No. 21-6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 27, 2010 for No. 995/18290, who are applied.
2. To department of receipt of the income (Litvinenko V. V.) and legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the board V. O. Kravchuk.
4. This resolution becomes effective since December 16, 2012.
