About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning determination of the parties of collective bargainings

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About collective agreements and agreements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 36, Art. 361; 1997, No. 11, Art. 89; 2008, No. 25, Art. 240; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of September 6, 2012 No. 5207-VI):

The word of "owners" to replace 1) in preamble with the word of "employers";

2) in Article 1 of the word of "workers, owners or the bodies authorized by them" shall be replaced with words "workers and employers";

Part third of Article 2 to state 3) in such edition:

"The agreement is signed at the national, industry, territorial levels on bilateral or tripartite basis:

at the national level - the general agreement;

at the industry level - industry (cross-industry) agreements;

at the territorial level - territorial agreements";

4) in Article 3:

in word part one "the owner or the body authorized by it" and the word of "workers" to replace respectively with words "employer" and "workers", and to exclude the words "or other representatives on representation labor collective";

parts the second, third and fourth to replace with one part of such content:
