About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring functioning of system of guaranteeing household deposits

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits":

1) in Article 8 part six:

Part the fifth Article 12 to add 3) with Item 17 of the following content:

"17) on condition of insufficiency of means in bank for payment of the expenses connected with activities implementation, holding actions and attraction to work of persons according to Item 2 parts six of Article 36, of Items 7 and 8 of part two of Article 37 and part four of article 47 of this Law executive directorate Fonda makes the decision on payment of such expenses of bank by fund";

Part third of article 15 after the words "Service of Internal Audit Regularly" to add 4) with words "(on the first day of every quarter)";

5) in Article 16:
