About modification of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About Representation of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Part third of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About Representation of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea" (2000, 21, the Art. 158) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in such edition:

"Property administration and material logistics of activities of Representation are performed according to the procedure, determined by the legislation, the subject of management of objects of state-owned property - body which provides activities of the President of Ukraine".

2. This Law comes into effect from the day following behind day of its publication.
