About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following changes:
1. Regarding the 2nd Article 413 of the word of "The state purchases agency under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on public procurements".
2. In Article 533:
regarding 1 word "The State Purchases Agency under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "Authorized state body on public procurements";
regarding 2 words "director of the State agency of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the head of authorized state body on public procurements".
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
