Of January 3, 2012 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2012" to make the following additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 1:
1. In the Section IV "Payment of the customs payments and other payments administered by customs authorities" Item 31 to add with subitems е) and f) the following content:
"e) "Vignette", treasurer acquisition account - 115 58 20 0130
f) Administrative penalties and sanctions, treasurer acquisition account - 123 01 20 0130".
2. To state appendix No. 1 "The qualifier of treasurer acquisition accounts in the government budget" in the following edition:
