About modification of Item 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 2010 No. 999
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 2010 No. 999 "About determination of criteria of reference of objects of state-owned property to it which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 84, of Art. 2948; 2011, No. 15, the Art. 622) changes which are applied.
2. To the ministries, other subjects of management of objects of state-owned property to give to two-month time to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the offer concerning forming of the list of objects of state-owned property which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state.
3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade:
provide explanations concerning use of criteria of reference of objects of state-owned property to that Kim which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state;
bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
