About modification of Item 19 of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2011 No. 1249

Add Item 19 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2011 N 1249 "About measures for implementation of the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2012 and for Planning Period of 2013 and 2014" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 3, Art. 447; N 37, of the Art. 5002) after paragraph two the paragraph of the following content:

"make write-off of the public external debt of the Russian Federation according to obligations to the London club of creditors which holders did not impose the requirements or did not agree with conditions of settlement of the specified obligations;".
