About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning employment of the population

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for the organization of professional training, retraining and advanced training of the unemployed approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 12, 2006 No. 1334 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 170, 5/23224; 2008, No. 53, 5/26825; 2012, No. 22, 5/35256):
Item in paragraph five 14, the paragraph the fifth Item 15, paragraphs the fourth and fifth Item 151, the paragraph the fourth Item 17 of the word "about training" shall be replaced with words "about training";
state Item 20 in the following edition:
"In case of the direction on training of the unemployed determination of their professional suitability on medical indications is performed in the procedure established by the legislation in healthcare institutions for the residence of the unemployed. In case of implementation of the educational program of the training rates determination of professional suitability on medical indications is not required.";
in Item 22:
in part one of the word "about training" shall be replaced with words "about training";
in part two:
shall be replaced with words the words "about training" "about training";
add part with the offer of the following content: "The tripartite agreement can be signed also during passing of work practice in addition to the agreement signed earlier according to part one of this Item.";
in Item 24 of the word "about training" shall be replaced with words "about training";
in appendix 3 to this Provision:
in Item 2:
to add subitem 2.3.4 after the words "in case" with the word of "planned";
