1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 28, 2005 No. 787 "About approval of Rules of accounting and write-off of military property":

in the Rules of accounting and write-off of military property approved by the specified resolution:

"6. The property which is subject to write-off cannot be destroyed, is dismantled or used as the education guidance before receipt of the approved act of technical condition or the certificate.

Entries in registers, books (cards) of accounting about write-off of property are made based on the approved acts technical or changes of high-quality condition (certificates), only after receipt of aggregates, nodes, devices, details, materials, the scrap metal and other property received from dekitting of discarded property or creation of the act of utilization.

Unsuitable for repair and educational aggregates, nodes, devices, details, materials and other property received from dekitting on which acts of technical condition or acts of change of high-quality condition (certificate) are approved are more whole are credited according to registers, books (cards) of accounting as scrap metal, rags and other property and realization or utilizations is written off in process of use.";
