About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 29, 2008 No. 60
Based on Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2008 No. 294 "About documentation of the population of the Republic of Belarus" and Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for introduction and cancellation by the bodies registering acts of civil status, marks in identity documents approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 29, 2008 No. 60 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 275, 8/19754; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 26.07.2012, 8/26170), following changes:
in Item 4, the name of Chapter 2, Item 9, the name of appendix "sixteen-year-old" to replace 1 word with the word of "eighteen-year-old".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
