Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning sales of goods and rendering services

1. In the Rules of sales of goods on samples approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1997 N 918 (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 30, Art. 3657; 1999, N 41, Art. 4923; 2000, N 50, Art. 4908):

a) the fourth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"sales of goods on samples - sales of goods under the agreement of retail purchase and sale signed based on acquaintance of the buyer with the goods sample offered by the seller and exposed in the place of sales of goods (further - the agreement).";

b) in Item 3 of the word "or the offered descriptions of goods" to exclude;

c) state Items 6 and 7 in the following edition:

"6. The seller shall inform the buyer information on the organization and the mode of its work, and also on goods and their manufacturers according to the Law of the Russian Federation "About consumer protection".

Information on goods (for import goods - in Russian) and their manufacturers shall contain:
