About modification of the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of cash work by banks in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 33 Laws of Ukraine

1. Add the column "Requirements concerning Filling of Detail" of the lines "Payer" and "Receiver" of appendix 16 to the Instruction about conducting cash transactions by banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 01, 2011 No. 174, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 25, 2011 for No. 790/19528 (with changes), after paragraph two the new paragraph of such content:

"On transactions with treasury obligations the surname, name and middle name of the client are not specified, except the cases established by the legislation of Ukraine on prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing".

With respect thereto paragraphs third - the fifth to consider the fourth - the sixth and paragraphs the third, fourth - the fourth, fifth respectively.

2. To department of cash currency circulation (Kiselyov R. V.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rychakivskaya V. I.
