About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2008 No. 561

Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2008 N 561 "About some questions connected with reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 30, the Art. 3646) the following changes:
a) recognize Items 2 and 3 invalid;
b) in Item 3 of the Regulations on reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs approved by the specified resolution: in paragraph one of the word "according to the following documents" shall be replaced with words "based on the following documents";
state subitems "an" and "b" in the following edition:
"a) documentation on the layout of the territory;
b) documents of territorial planning in cases of creation of especially protected natural territories, placements of subjects to defense and safety;".
