About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2011 No. 348

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2011 No. 348 "About approval of the plan of privatization of the subjects to privatization which are in property of the Republic of Belarus for 2011-2013 and the plan of transformation of the republican unitary enterprises to open joint stock companies for 20112013 years" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 36, 5/33513; No. 42, 5/33623; No. 121, 5/34662) following changes:
1.1. "the plan of privatization of the subjects to privatization which are in property of the Republic of Belarus for 2011-2013 and" to exclude from the name of the word;
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed plan of transformation of the republican unitary enterprises to open joint stock companies for 2011-2013.";
1.3. in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1 of the word "the paragraph third Item" to replace with the word "Item";
exclude subitems 2.2 and 2.3;
1.4. the plan of privatization of the subjects to privatization which are in property of the Republic of Belarus, for 2011-2013, approved by this resolution to declare invalid;
1.5. the plan of transformation of the republican unitary enterprises to open joint stock companies for 2011-2013 approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (is attached).
2. Paragraph two of subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2011 No. 1424 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2011 No. 445" (2011, No. 121, 5/34662) to declare the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus invalid.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
