Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2011 No. 1789 "About approval of the list of the paid services in the field of education rendered by public institutions of the higher education, institutions of higher education of consumer cooperation of the Republic of Belarus and institutions of higher education of Federation of trade unions of Belarus which received means for rendering are exempted from the income tax and obligatory payments in the state trust budget funds, modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 6, 5/35057) the following changes:
state the name in the following edition:
"About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
exclude Item 1;
the list of the paid services in the field of education rendered by public institutions of the higher education, institutions of higher education of consumer cooperation of the Republic of Belarus and institutions of higher education of Federation of trade unions of Belarus which received means for rendering are exempted from the income tax and obligatory payments in the state trust budget funds approved by this resolution to declare invalid.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
