About modification of the Procedure for provision of the state financial support to printing mass media

For the purpose of accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of mass media and social protection of journalists", according to the Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 7, 2011 No. 559, and in connection with optimization of budget programs I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for provision of the state financial support to printing mass media approved by Goskomteleradio's order of Ukraine of July 17, 2009 No. 254, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 4, 2009 for No. 734/16750, such changes:

1.1. Item 1.3. state in such edition:

"1.3. Source of the state financial support of printed media are the assignments provided by Goskomteleradio of Ukraine in the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year.";

1.2. In the text of the Procedure shall be replaced with words the word "Goskomteleradio" "Goskomteleradio Ukraina".

2. To department of publishing and press (Kononenko O. A.) together with department of information policy (Chervak B. O.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
