For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning prudential regulation of activities of the accumulation pension funds, the organizations exercising investment control of pension assets and the organizations combining types of professional activity in the security market (further - Changes and amendments), according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
