About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 6, 2009 No. 1448

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for provision to physical persons and legal entities of powers on the representation of interests of the Republic of Belarus concerning investment attraction to the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 6, 2009 No. 1448 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 276, 5/30736; 2011, No. 66, 5/33917), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 5 part two:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the agreement according to appendix in duplicate prepared in Russian and signed by the applicant;";
add part with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"the brief information information in any form of the applicant, its activities and experience in implementation of investment projects in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and (or) beyond its limits, and also offers with the characteristic of measures for representation of interests of the Republic of Belarus on investment attraction to the Republic of Belarus and specifying of the investors attracted by the applicant to implementation of investment projects in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.";
1.2. state Items 10 and 11 in the following edition:
"10. Modification and (or) amendments in the agreement is performed according to the procedure, provided in Items 5 – the 7th this provision. In case of the introduction of amendments and (or) amendments to the agreement requiring entering of corresponding changes and (or) amendments into the resolution, state body or executive committee which signed the contract with the investment agent introduces to the Government of the Republic of Belarus the draft of the relevant resolution according to the procedure, established in Item 8 of this provision.
