About introduction of amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "About court"

1. State Article 37 in the following edition:

"Article 37. Structure of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan

1) Plenum of the Supreme Court;

2) Presidium of the Supreme Court;

The list of the judges entering into Presidium of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan affirms the President of Turkmenistan on representation of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan.".
