1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of August 8, 2005 No. 242 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for technical operation of means of telecommunication in law-enforcement bodies" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 129, 8/13036);
subitem 1.14 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2007 No. 228 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus concerning activities of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 240, 8/17173).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
