1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2006 No. 47 "About approval of Rules of technical safety in case of development by underground method of salt fields of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 182, 8/15172);
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2007 No. 125 "About modification of Rules of technical safety in case of development by underground method of salt fields of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 32, 8/17879);
the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2008 No. 35 "About modification of Rules of technical safety in case of development by underground method of salt fields of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 119, 8/18773).
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 10, 2012.
