changes in the Rules of release and the circulation of the promissory note of banks approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on February 20, 1999 N 102-1 (рег. N 554-1 of April 1, 1999).
2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
