About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the status of the military personnel"
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 1, 2005 "About the status of the military personnel" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2005, No. 3, Art. 130; 2006, No. 3, Art. 150; 2008, No. 6, Art. 449; No. 10, Art. 799) following changes:
1. In paragraph one of part 2 of Article 12 of the word of "two salaries" shall be replaced with words "one salary" and the word", one salary of monetary pay on the spouse (u)" to exclude.
2. In Article 16:
- in paragraphs one and the second to replace parts 2 of figure "80" with figure "8";
- in paragraphs one and the second to replace parts 3 of figure "40" with figure "6";
- in part 4 the word "passings" shall be replaced with words "fulfillment of duties", both in paragraphs one and the second to replace figures "12" with figure "5".
3. In item one of part 3 of Article 21 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"-up to 5 years - in the amount of 1 salary of monetary pay;
- from 5 to 10 years - in the amount of 2 salaries of monetary pay;
- from 10 to 20 years - in the amount of 3 salaries of monetary pay;
- over 20 years - in the amount of 4 salaries of monetary pay.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
