1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies of May 10, 2012 No. 101-OD "About approval of the Method of calculation of rates for regulated services of subjects of natural monopoly in supply with heat energy", the following amendments:
in the Method of calculation of rates for regulated services of subjects of natural monopoly in supply with the heat energy approved by the specified order:
in Item 7:
2) after paragraph two to add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:
"if the rate for consumers - the physical persons having all-house metering devices of heat energy (Tnas with PU) is determined by calculation at the level, 0, that Tnas with PU is determined by formula:
