Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 N 451-OD "About approval of Rules of the mode at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation" (it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 22, 2011, registration N 19919) and in the Rules of the mode at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the order of Federal Agency for the Development of the State Border Facilities of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 N 451-OD.
