1. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of May 18, 2006 No. 305 "About approval of Requirements concerning submission by joint-stock companies and other issuers of personalized securities of information on change of the registrar of owners of personalized securities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 05, 2006 for No. 674/12548.
2. And corporate finances (A. Papaik) to provide to corporate management department submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. (Yu. Zhuly) to provide to department of external and internal communications publication of this decision according to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the commission K. Krivenko.
