1. In the subitem "an" of Item 17 of subsection 4 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine (2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) figures and the word "75 percent" to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with figures and the word "50 percent".
2. This Law becomes effective since August 1, 2012.
