About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning subjects of the security market and the accumulation pension funds

1. Make changes and additions to some regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning subjects of the security market and the accumulation pension funds (further - Changes and amendments) according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
3. The paragraph of the fortieth of Item 2 of Changes and amendments is effective till January 1, 2013.
