About modification of Rules of technical operation of navigable hydraulic engineering constructions
According to subitem 4.9.96 of subitem 4.9 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Rules of technical operation of navigable hydraulic engineering constructions approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of June 13, 2007 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 09, 2007 for No. 780/14047 (further - Rules), such changes:
1.1. In Chapter 7:
to state subitem 7.3.1 of Item 7.3 in such edition:
"7.3.1. Dates of opening and closing of navigation on SGTS are determined by GP "Ukrvodshlyakh" in coordination with the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine and affirm the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on sea and river transport.";
in the paragraph the second subitem 7.6.3 of Item 7.3 of the word of "The main state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety of navigation" shall be replaced with words "The state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on sea and river transport".
1.2. In the text of Rules of the word "Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine" in all cases to replace respectively with the words "Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine" in the corresponding cases.
2. To provide to the state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on sea and river transport:
2.1. Submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Efimenko K. O.
