The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on procedure for provision of mountain branches approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 59 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 94; 1996, No. 5, Art. 154; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 45, Art. 3014; 2010, No. 68, Art. 2462; 2011, No. 28, the Art. 1191), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on procedure for provision of mountain branches

1. To add paragraph two of Item 9 with the offer of such content: "For this purpose the subsoil user gives to body which provides mountain branches, the copy of the special permission to use of natural resources renewed according to the new name and vykopirovka from the topographical plan of surface.".

2. In Item 10 of the word of "Councils of People's Deputies and bodies of the state executive authority" shall be replaced with words "local councils and executive bodies".
