1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 26.02.2014 No. 163
1.2. from Item 21 of appendix 2 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2010, No. 71, 5/31466; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; No. 60, 5/33808; No. 122, 5/34676) to exclude the words "subitem 1.8 of Item 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 1997 No. 12 " about some measures for enhancement of lawyer and notarial activities in the Republic of Belarus " (collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 14, the Art. 485)".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
