Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 193) the following amendments:
1. Add Article 1 with Item 29 of the following content:
"29. Unified information system on the real estate - set of cumulative data on real estate objects, about registration of the rights and restrictions for the real estate, the information about the owners included in the single database in complex with program technical means, technology of accumulating, updating, storage and distribution of data.".
2. To add Item 1 of Article 24 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"Data on the registered rights can be provided from unified information system on the real estate (EISN) by means of the Internet according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. Add Chapter 7 with Article 47-2 of the following content:
"Article 47-2. State registration of the rights to real estate arising based on the agreements which are not requiring the obligatory notarial certificate
1. Registration of the rights to real estate arising based on the agreements of alienation which are not requiring the obligatory notarial certificate is performed by local registration body.
