1. Reorganize "The Kazakh Research Institution on Problems of Cultural Heritage of Nomads" limited liability partnership and "Institute of Cultural Policy and Art Studies" limited liability partnership by merge into "Kazakh Research Institution of Culture" limited liability partnership to absolute share of the state in the authorized capital (further - partnership).
2. Determine the main object of activity of partnership research, project and methodical work, advanced training and publishing activities in the field of culture.
3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) approval of the charter of partnership;
2) state registration of partnership in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share of partnership to Committee on culture of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
