subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2011 No. 49 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 7, 8/24629).
