About entering of amendments and changes into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of support of activities of the state companies "Solnyshko" and "Vityaz" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

"About creation of the state company "Solnyshko" of September 27, 2010 No. 213 the following amendments and changes: add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that the state company "Solnyshko" functions under the authority of Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
