And in other cases connected with payment of the average salary No. approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 1, 2007 313, to make the following changes and additions to Rules of calculation of average earnings for payment of labor leaves, dismissal wages, temporary disability benefits:

- state Item 14 in the following edition:

"14. The daily average salary for calculation of temporary disability benefit is determined by division of the monthly salary into number of all working days of month of disability. Depending on the size of the relying benefit as a percentage to the monthly salary (from 60 to 100%) the day benefit is determined taking into account multiplication by number of the working days passed in this month owing to disability.";

- In Item 15:

- the first offer to state in the following edition:

"For the workers having bonus wages system, calculation of the monthly salary is made for payment of temporary disability at the rate of the monthly salary in three complete months of work preceding month of approach of disability of the worker.";

- to exclude the word of "average" from the second offer.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide the acts according to this resolution in a month.
