About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About liquidation of credit institutions"
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 28, 2011 "About liquidation of credit institutions" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, the Art. 432) the following changes:
1. Regarding 1 Article 35:
- in paragraph one of the word "or appointment" shall be replaced with words "and activities";
- in paragraph three "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- word in paragraph four of "Fund of guaranteeing household deposits" and "About the deposit guarantee of physical persons" respectively shall be replaced with words "Fund of insurance of savings of physical persons" and "About insurance of savings of physical persons";
- word in paragraph five of "Fund of guaranteeing household deposits" shall be replaced with words "Fund of insurance of savings of physical persons".
2. Regarding 3rd Article 50 of the word "About the Deposit Guarantee of Physical Persons" shall be replaced with words "About insurance of savings of physical persons".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
