About measures in execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 11, 2012 No. 1301

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 11, 2012, "About reducing the number of staff of government employees of state bodies" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides No. 1301:

1. To heads of state bodies, chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, city of Dushanbe, cities of areas and heads of organizations and organizations:

- provide since September 1, 2012 reducing the number of staff of government employees of state bodies according to appendix 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 11, 2012, No. 1301;

- reduce since September 1, 2012 the number of staff of employees of other organizations and organizations financed from the Government budget (except educational institution, healthcare institutions and social protection), according to appendices 1 and

2. To the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan, local executive body of the government:

- take necessary measures for timely accomplishment of this resolution;

- in a month to provide offers on modification of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan regarding structure and the number of staff in accordance with the established procedure.
