Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2005 No. 866 "About marking of alcoholic products excise stamps" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 3, Art. 300; No. 32, Art. 3569; 2007, No. 44, Art. 5373; 2009, No. 4, Art. 505; 2010, No. 12, Art. 1335).

1. In word preamble "According to the Federal Law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products" to exclude.
2. Item 1 in paragraph four after the words "about use" to add with the word "before".
3. In the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "on customs area of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "to the Russian Federation".
4. In Item 3:
a) state the subitem "g" in the following edition:
"d) import in accordance with the established procedure to the Russian Federation the alcoholic products marked by excise stamps including its delivery according to customs procedure of customs transit in transit foreign goods from customs authority in the place of arrival to internal customs authority;";
b) add with the subitem "d" of the following content:
