Based on provisions of litas. g) I ORDER to Art. 104 of the Tax code:
1. Approve according to amendment appendix which are brought in appendix to the Order No. 66 of 4.05.2010 on the approval of the List of economic agentovpredpriyatiya of light industry and types of service rendered by them in the territory of the Republic of Moldova to applicants of customs regime of conversion on customs area liable to VAT on zero rate.
2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To impose control over execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy Mr. Octavian KALMYK.
